Guided Motorcycle Tours in the Czech Republic by HEFTY 74

1. Who We Are
These Terms & Conditions apply to guided motorcycle tours in the Czech Republic by Kompas Praha spol.s.r.o. (the “Organizer”).
Motorcycles, riding equipment, instructors and on-road guidance are provided by Hefty 74, acting as a local supplier and motorcycle rental provider.
By making a booking, you confirm that you understand and accept the roles of the Organizer and the local supplier as described above.

2. Scope of Services
The Organizer provides the organization of guided motorcycle tours, including route planning, tour coordination and customer support.The following services are typically included: - guided motorcycle riding according to the published itinerary - professional instructors / guides - tour organization and coordination- motorcycle rental - riding gear and equipment, intercom helmets - fuel, tolls, entry fees, four star hotels, meals 3 times per day, access to the VIP paddock areas at the racing events,  soft drinks, beer and house wine during the whole tour*, green fees at the golf courses. Support van during the whole tour, airport transfers and pick ups, sightseeing local transport. Bus transport from the hotel to the racing circuit.
The tour is designed as all inclusive. The customer will not be exposed to any additional or unexpected payments. Items or services that are not included in the price are described below.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the price does not include:
• Airfare or/and travel expenses to and from Prague
• Travel insurance - personal expenses
• Golf clubs rental. (It is recommended to bring your own golf clubs)
• Golf cart rental
• Spa and wellness entry fees

The Organizer reserves the right to adjust routes, schedules and daily programs due to weather conditions, traffic, safety concerns or other operational reasons.

* Alcoholic beverages are provided exclusively outside riding hours. A strict zero-tolerance policy applies before and during motorcycle riding.

3. Booking & Contract
A booking becomes binding once the Organizer confirms the reservation and the required payment is received.
These Terms & Conditions form an integral part of the contract between the client and the Organizer.

4. Prices & Payments
Deposit: 10% of the total price is due at the time of booking
Balance: 90% is due no later than 60 days before the tour start date
Late bookings: For bookings made 60 days or less before departure, the full amount is payable immediately
All payments must be received before the start of the tour. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the booking.

5. Cancellation by the Client
The client may cancel the booking at any time prior to the start of the tour.
The following cancellation fees apply:
More than 60 days before departure: 10% of the total price
59–30 days before departure: 50% of the total price
29 days or less before departure / no-show: 100% of the total price
Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation.

6. Changes or Cancellation by the Organizer
The Organizer reserves the right to: - make reasonable changes to the itinerary or schedule - cancel a tour if the minimum number of participants (6 riders) is not reached - cancel or modify the tour due to force majeure, safety reasons or circumstances beyond its control.
In such cases, the Organizer will inform clients without undue delay.

7. Group Size & Guides
Minimum group size: 6 participants
• Maximum group size: 10 participants
• Maximum number of groups per one event: 2 groups
• Guide ratio: 2 guides per max. 10 riders, additionally 1 instructor (racer)
Guides and instructors have full authority to make decisions related to safety during the tour.

8. Motorcycles & Equipment
Motorcycles are provided on a rental basis by Hefty 74. Clients are required to sign a separate motorcycle rental agreement on site.
All terms related to: - rental conditions - security deposit - insurance coverage - damage, loss or liabilityare governed exclusively by the rental agreement with the motorcycle provider.
Riding gear and equipment may be: - provided by the client, or - rented on site under a separate agreement with the supplier.
The Organizer bears no responsibility for motorcycle rental conditions or equipment rental agreements.

9. Rider Requirements & Safety
Participants must: - hold a valid Category A motorcycle driving licence (no restrictions) - follow traffic laws and guide instructions at all times - comply with a strict zero-tolerance policy for alcohol or drugs while riding.
The Organizer and instructors reserve the right to exclude a participant from riding if their behavior is deemed unsafe. In such cases, no refund will be granted.

10. Liability & Risks
Motorcycle riding involves inherent risks. Participation is at the client’s own risk.
The Organizer is not liable for: - accidents, injuries or damages caused by the client’s actions - issues arising from motorcycle rental or equipment use - damages caused by third parties.
The Organizer’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Insurance
Motorcycles have basic insurance for damage in the event of an accident with a 10% driver's deductible. This is included in price of the tour. Upon pick-up, the driver is required to pay a deposit of GPB 500.- The deposit will be returned to him upon return of the motorcycle and borrowed riding gear or it can be used to cover damages oot of the 10% excess.*
If the client decides to pay extra for 100% insurance coverage without a deductible when booking the trip, he does not have to pay a deposit.
Travel insurance is not included in the tour price.
Clients are strongly advised to arrange adequate travel, medical and accident insurance. Optional insurance may be arranged upon request.

*The information above is provided for guidance purposes only. Detailed and legally binding insurance terms, including coverage, deductibles and liability, are governed exclusively by the motorcycle rental agreement signed on site with the supplier.

12. Complaints
Any complaints must be reported without undue delay, ideally during the tour, so that they can be addressed immediately.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

PRIVACY POLICY (GDPR)

1. Data Controller
The data controller is Kompas Praha spol.s.r.o.

2. Personal Data We Process
We process personal data necessary for organizing the tour, including: - name and surname - contact details - information required for participation in the tour

3. Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed for: - tour organization and administration - communication with clients - compliance with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing
Personal data may be shared with: - Hefty 74 - other necessary service providers involved in the tourData is not shared for unrelated marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention
Personal data is stored only for the period necessary to fulfill contractual and legal obligations.  

6. Client Rights
Clients have the right to: - access their personal data - request correction or deletion - object to processing - lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority
